What is Pinot Grigio?

Pinot Grigio is a fresh, easy-drinking white wine which is dominant in Northern Italy. Pinot Gris is exactly the same grape and usually refers to the richer style of wine made in the Alsace region of France.

What does Pinot Grigio taste like?

Flavours commonly found in Pinot Grigio include pear, lemon and peach. Richer Pinot Gris usually has a more floral quality with notes of honeysuckle coming through.
