This premium Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from top Napa vineyard parcels, from Carneros to Calistoga and the primary site is located in Oakville. Winemaker Tony Biagi expertly fermented the fruit in stainless steel, then aged it for 16 months in 55% new French oak. The result? Aromas of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, liquorice and tobacco lead to a rich palate of cassis, dark cherry, and firm but smooth tannins. Tony Biagi
Anthony "Tony" Biagi is a fifth-generation Northern Californian winemaker with over 25 years of experience crafting exceptional wines. A UC Davis graduate, Tony has held pivotal roles at renowned wineries like Duckhorn Vineyards, PlumpJack, and Hourglass. In 2015, Tony became the winemaker for Amici Cellars. His method of small-batch winemaking remains the same - separately ferment and age individual vineyard blocks to create the best possible expression of each vineyard, each year. Today he's widely recognised for creating elegantly balanced, terroir-driven wines, and was named Winemaker of the Year in 2020 by Antonio Galloni of Vinous.
