We meticulously select high-quality grape parcels and enhance them by blending in a touch of something extraordinary. Our latest creation highlights the storied Malbecs of Cahors, a region celebrated for its robust reds. Crafted in collaboration with winemaker Elodie, this Malbec presents deep, dark fruit flavours of blackcurrant and blackberry, complemented by a rich palate featuring notes of vanilla, chocolate, and delicate floral hints. Its complexity is further enriched with subtle nuances of eucalyptus, herbs, and a distinctive mineral quality reminiscent of crushed rocks.
The Winemaker The Winemaker
Elodie Marsoni
Elodie Marsoni earned a Master's in Bioengineering focusing on Biochemistry and Biotechnology. She joined Vinovalie in 2011 as a Master's intern and became Quality Manager for the Côtes d'Olt site in 2012. From 2013 to 2020, she served as Administrative and Wine Manager, and in 2020, she was promoted to Director and Winemaker for the same site.
