Clos des Cordeliers is a wonderful old domaine and produces a range of exceptional wines that capture the essence of the place perfectly. The Cuvée Prestige is crafted from old Cabernet Franc vines planted on lacustrine limestone soil called 'Pierre de Champigny'. The vineyard is blessed with an ideal South-South-West exposure, ensuring maximum sunshine hours delivering the winemaking team with perfectly ripe grapes that are full of character. The grapes are hand harvested and sorted twice, ensuring only the very best make it into this age-worthy cuvée.

Sebastien Ratron is the 4th generation of his family to work the Cabernet Franc vineyards of this special terroir in a stone-wall enclosed vineyard.
