Our S.A. Vintners collection focuses on South Australia's greatest wine regions. Carefully sourced grapes from exceptional vineyard sites, that are owned and worked by some of Australia's very best growers. These high-end parcels of grapes are crafted into flavour-packed wines that deliver masses of drinkability and are always wonderfully food friendly. A bold Shiraz with notes of ripe blackberries, plums, and a hint of peppery spice and a flavour-packed palate with dark cherries and blackcurrants playing the lead, while subtle notes of chocolate, vanilla, and a whisper of smoky oak add depth. The tannins are smooth, leading you to a finish that's long, luscious and superbly well balanced.
The Winemaker The Winemaker
Andréa Maxwell
Andréa grew up in South Africa and completed her degree in Viticulture & Oenology at the University of Stellenbosch. Her love for wine developed early, starting a wine course while still in school. After two vintages in South Africa, she moved to Australia and has been ingrained in the industry since. In her spare time, she enjoys walking with her partner and their gorgeous English Cocker Spaniel, Darcy, through their own Shiraz vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale.
