The Wine

Country of origin:

France

Region:

Côtes de Gascogne

We recently embarked on a project with Norwich University of the Arts whereby we engaged with a crop of current students to develop a brand and design a label to go alongside it. They then headed into HQ to present, and we whittled the options down to a select few. ‘Dead Beat Feet’ was one that we loved, and we knew that this wine would capture the wonderful concept behind the story and design. The wine is exceptionally crisp, has a lovely eastern fruitiness and is the perfect wine style for pouring when you are ready to put your feet up and relax after a long day.

The Winemaker

Christelle Bourrange
Winemaker:

Christelle Bourrange

Christelle, an oenologist for 25 years and originally from Gascogne region, works hard to create wines with aromatic profiles that highlight the products of her region, to which she is very attached. She extracts the essence of her terroir and flagship grape varieties through her perfect knowledge of them.

"This is a lively white from our vineyards in the heart of Gascony, southern France. It brings together three classic varietals in equal measures: Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard and Gros Manseng." - Christelle Bourrange, Winemaker.

A nice easy white to drink

Rich, fruity and fresh. Lingers on the palate. On first taste a little sharp but opened up quite well

Not a very nice wine at all!
