The nose has notes of subtle cut grass and a little citrus elegance, but it is on the palate where this wine really comes to life - a wave of zesty crispness with a sharply defined grapefruit flair, a whistle-clean finish and balanced, lingering flavours.

The diversities of climates, soils, and grape varieties allow him to select the finest plots in order to vinify them and express the aromatic richness and the typicity of each grape variety with the utmost care to reveal the richness of our terroir.
