The Paarl region is one of South Africa's most established and respected wine producing areas, it is also one of the oldest. We worked alongside winemaker Ryno Booysen to blend this single varietal Pinotage that showcases the very best characters and the true style of this flagship Cape variety. A wine that has a pretty side to the fruit character that isn't all brooding and bruising fruit, with a bright juiciness before the long, polished finish that reminds of the classic blackjack sweet.
