A carefully assembled Rhône red using small parcels of truly exceptional wines expressing the unique characters of each appellation, in this case, the wonderful Cairanne area. For us it is one of the Rhône Valley's best kept secrets (they do still just about exist in the wine world) and represents excellent value for money, delivering true bang for buck and able to hold its own against the regions much more famous and illustrious powerhouses. Exceptionally plush, layered with spicy red and black fruit and a long, perfectly balanced finish.

Julien is a real 'man on the ground', spending any available day out of the winery in the vines with his growers keeping in close contact with the fruit which, in his opinion (and ours), is key to making great wine.
"I set aside some of my vats and barrels from this vintage so that I could play a role in this project and produce some truly exceptional wines. This is a wine very close to my heart as we used some wonderful cuvées and took a lot of time in the blending room to get to what we hope is a sweet spot of taste and value for money.
