Originally from Barcelona, Victoria used to spend every summer in Sanlucar working with her grandfather in a bodega. She fell in love with the world of Sherry so went on to study a degree in oenology. She then went to join the team at Jose Estevez where she has spent the last 14 years creating exceptional Sherry.
