Piquepoul has been cultivated in the Languedoc on the hillsides of the 'Etang de Thau' since antiquity. Piquepoul benefits from the gentle sea breezes, producing perfectly ripe grapes that are laden with citrus aromas and white fruit notes. We blend in a portion of another local stalwart, Terret, to add a little extra weight and complexity to the palate and the resulting wine can be served nice and cold as the perfect aperitif wine.
