In a small set up just outside Adelaide hills is Black Flag winemakers. Surrounded by a coffee roaster, surf shop and artist studio, it is a hub of creativity and expression. It is here that our Winemaker, Steve Grimley, managed to secure a small parcel of excellent Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley and set to work to turn them into a masterpiece. This results in a rich and fresh Semillon packed with notes of lemon, sugar snap peas, apple and alluring aromatic notes of orange blossom. Enjoy chilled on its own or round a dinner table with friends and family.
