Bunches showing perfect health, hand-sorted, delicately pressed, fermented and matured in large oak barrels, result in a wine with unrivalled depth, complexity and expression of the region. You'll find crunchy red berry fruit with flowers and wild herbs in its youth, but lay this down for ten years and it will evolve into leather and tobacco without losing its freshness.
