From the south west corner of Sicily, where the vines are cooled by sea breezes, comes this alluring white. It is made from Grillo grapes that are left on the vines to partially dry before being brought into the winery. From there winemaker Mimmo De Gregorio works his magic to create this white wine which is packed with flavour! Rupenera is flush with citrus, stone fruit, floral hints and lashings of honey without being sweet - and there is a richness to the palate which is perfectly balanced by the bright acidity.
