If you love a dry rosé, this is just the ticket. Nannette's Rosé takes the best elements of the pale, Provençal-style rosés and adds softness and complexity to create an intriguing wine that is perfect for the English summer sunshine! Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier provide a lovely, soft fruit character, whilst Chardonnay gives a freshness and aromatic quality that is maintained by cool fermentation at low temperatures. The result is a pale pink with a herby and aromatic nose of strawberry, raspberry, pink grapefruit and black pepper. In the mouth it is crisp and light, with rushes of red berry fruit, crushed thyme and a backbone of chalky minerality. It will make it an excellent partner to green salads, fresh seafood and soft or blue cheeses.
