Despite the inception of Pierre Zéro as a wine alternative for pregnant women, in its creation it has been designed for everyone who has made the decision not to consume alcohol as well as those who cannot. The Merlot is made using traditional winemaking techniques, so as to retain all of the beneficial elements such as polyphenols, tannins, resveratrol, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients and antioxidants. Once the wine is made the alcohol is removed via spinning cone technology which removes the alcohol without any loss of aromatic intensity from the wine. So you get all the enjoyment of a nice glass of fruity red, without the alcohol.
