The conditions in Swartland are dry and difficult but this pushes the wines to even greater heights. This Sauvignon is packed with unctuous and fleshy tropical fruit including pineapple and passionfruit aromas, and a delightfully zesty streak of acidity to keep things fresh and balanced on the finish.
