The McGuigan Zero range was in development for over two years before release to get these wines just right. Neil and his team used the latest spinning cone technology, working at low temperatures to gently remove alcohol after the fermentation process whilst ensuring the wines maintain their delicate fruit flavours. This Chardonnay asserts strong varietal characteristics, proving that you don't need alcohol to enjoy a full-flavoured experience in the glass.
