Region:Vina Albali is made like a normal red wine, from sun ripened grapes grown in central Spain. After fermentation the alcohol is then extracted from the wine by modern spinning cone technology which is a non-aggressive, complex and sophisticated process. This means that the varietal characteristics from the Cabernet and Tempranillo grapes remain, but the alcohol content is reduced to less than 0.5% abv for those who are looking for a grownup non-alcoholic alternative to fizzy pop. The expressive, spicy and intense aromas in this wine are perfect to enjoy with light tapas, white meats and cheeses.

Carlos Villarraso is a winemaker for Felix Solis, a family owned company devoted to the production of quality wines, grape juice and sangria in Spain. The company has two wineries in the most important appellations in the centre of Spain; Valdepenas and La Mancha. Carlos heads up a team at the winery in Valdepenas which has some of the best and most modern production and bottling technology in the world - including spinning cone technology.
