Bombo legüero is a traditional Argentine drum made from a hollowed tree trunk, and this wine is well named because it certainly beats out a lovely flavour on the palate. Made from Argentina's flagship grape Torrontes and two varieties that are better known for producing exceptional fortified wines in Spain: Palomino and Pedro Ximenez. The grapes are harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness, and then Guillaume works his magic in the winery.
