This is a multi regional effort bringing together blockbuster Barossa power, the elegance of Coonawarra and the classic freshness of Padthaway. This Aussie vintage is the result of naturally lower yields which provided top-class grapes for winemakers to work with. We recommend you decant if you can and serve with stacked baps of slow cooked shoulder of pork, crackling and sausage meat and apricot stuffing.
