Perez Cruz have established a reputation as the go-to grower in Chile for the best Cabernet Sauvignon. So to celebrate our 20th Anniversary we approached winemaker Germán Lyon to create a limited edition bottling using Cabernet Sauvignon from some of their most prized vineyards. This project has spent years in the making, but now it's ready for release! Full-on black fruit aromatics with only a hint of mint and leaf will besiege your senses. There is volume on the palate, with plush mid-palate fruit - framed by tannins - with a long and almost peppery finish.
