Although Chenin Blanc has its roots in France, it is now undeniably the flagship white grape variety of South Africa. And here, winemaker Ryno Booysen has worked his magic to balance the natural racy acidity of this variety with another popular French variety: the richly textured Grenache Blanc. Both these varieties love the idyllic conditions of Swartland and, when blended together, they create something quite spectacular.
