To get the best out of white grape cultivars in Oz, a little cool is required. The Adelaide Hills provide a mecca for white and so it is with this tri-variety blend. This is a cool and collected blend of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Sauvignon Blanc that is treated to a wee bit of toasty barrel to make it a bit more complex and deep. Expect stone-fruit aromas of white peach, together with grapefruit and lemon. The barrel kicks in too, giving lovely texture and a touch of toast.
