We are ecstatic with this grape duo from the sadly lesser-known Côte de Gascogne in the south west of France. Sporting very different flavour profiles, the Gros Manseng grape is overtly floral and quince like, with the grassy Sauvignon offering welcome acidity and mouth-watering stone fruit flavours. Very moreish, indeed.
