We always encourage our customers to be bold when purchasing wine and to try wines from lesser known countries and regions. Although wines have been made on this estate since 1827 they still fit firmly into the unknown category for most. This release is made with 100% Rara Neagra, an indigenous variety to Moldova and one we feel has great potential to gather followers from far and wide. It has lovely supple fruit and the oak used here has layered it with sweet vanilla and delicate spice. It's over to you now to tell us what you think.
