Taken into the 21st Century by Tuscan wine enthusiast and expert Giuseppe Losapio, the reins of Uggiano are now in the hands of a very forward thinking trio. Daniele Prosperi leads the three for all things wine and he's making clean, modern and fresh Chianti with a nod to the traditional food-friendly style of old.

I love the mountains, and when I have an objective, I go out of my way to achieve it. The best words that describe me are constancy and determination. In my work, as trends change, I try to adapt the tones and characteristics of the product in line with developments in taste.
