Our Hielo y Fuego wines celebrate the diversity of Chile's amazing landscape and the patchwork of soils and climates it offers up. Due to the alignment of the natural elements, these vineyards have the perfect growing season with snowmelt to water the vines and vibrant sunshine to ripen the grapes. And the result is a vivacious Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of citrus fruit character and classic varietal raciness.

Rodrigo Moletto
Born in 1980 to a traditional winemaking family, Rodrigo's grandfather Rodolfo Rossle was one of Chile's first winemakers. Following in his grandfather's footsteps, Rodrigo studied Oenology and Winemaking at the Universidad Catolica de Chile before joining the Chilean Grape Group in 2008. Since then, he has made himself well known in Chile for sourcing grapes from new terrior and producing wines with quality in mind.
