A perfect blend of 60% Sangiovese 20% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Merlot, it’s a great big complex monster of a wine as you’d expect from that combination, but with such balance and composure that you can still very much enjoy it on its own. On the palate expect a wonderful abundance of dark fruit, combined with wild spices and herbs. This is a very complete wine, and whilst it’s definitely approachable right away, but the patience to stash a few bottles away for up to 5 years will be rewarded with an even more decadent experience.
