The Shed Ten series harnesses the spirit of small-batch winemaking: hand-made batches of wine from select vineyard plots marked by a passion and commitment to expressive winemaking only possible on this scale. This Merlot comes from a family owned plot, usually reserved for higher quality blends. The vines are cooled by sea breezes during summer, resulting in a long, slow ripening process. This allows greater intensity in the grapes' flavours, and gives the wine an excellent propensity to age.
