Cascina Adelaide is a premium producer of all things Piedmont. They're expert in Nebbiolo production, boasting some of the finest vineyard sites in Barolo. But their reach is further afield than that and here they've applied that same expertise to their Nebbiolo of the wider region of Langhe. This is a wine style that's getting more and more recognition thanks to its natural elegance but power in savoury spice and deep red fruit. Its firm and meaty tannins make for a great partner to game meats and rich casseroles too.
