We know now the potential of the red wine in the Pizo range. All have hit the ground running and it's a range that has become hugely popular both with customers and in-house with staff too. And now they've pulled out all the stops to produce a white that fits the Pizo mould. These wines do so well because they have great fruit concentration, lots of varietal character and freshness. The Chardonnay is no different. Masses of lemon, peach and pear with a good richness but a lightness on the palate too, making it a highly drinkable wine with enough ‘guts’ to match up with strongly flavoured white meat and poultry dishes.
