If you love Sauvignon Blanc then this is a must-try wine. Reuilly is a lesser known region in the Loire but produces some seriously high end stuff. This single vineyard release is a superb combination of pea shoots and lemon zest with heaps of mineral intensity. The balance is next level and as my note said when tasting - 'really good stuff this!' You can pair with your favourite seafood dish, drink it on its own or create a cheese board dedicated to goats cheese.
