This is Tempranillo grown in the conditions deemed perfect by centuries of trying and testing. But it's brought right up to the modern day by top winemaker, Borja Ripa, in his state-of-the-art winery. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature allows for gentle extraction of colour and the retention of freshness. A touch of top-end oak offers the support to the fresh red fruit and results in a wine that is made for today's palate - rich fruit, a bit of structure and lots of freshness.
