Odfjell (named after Norwegian ship owner Dan Odfjell) are one of the country's leading producers of Biodynamic wines. Nature and the natural biodiversity on the estate are at the forefront of all they do. Hand-harvested with rigorous sorting ensure only perfect grapes make it into the finished wine. Very lifted intense nose, lavender, red fruit, blackcurrant notes, super fresh and very nicely blended. Just the right amount of oak, beautifully well managed.
