The aim here was to produce a ground-breaking Pinotage. It's made in a plethora of styles that splits its audience and we wanted a ravishing crowd-pleaser. We think we have one. Very fresh Perdeberg fruit, plus a little quality barrel, and we're in business. Prunes, cherries and ripe berry notes with hints of vanilla oak. It's characterised by having ripe fruit and rich tannins, there's also a freshness and lift that means that you can make light work of a bottle. Dangerous.
