The idea from the outset here was to create a wine that captured the unique characters of the Maipo Andes. We set about selecting the best barrels and got to work in the blending room, settling on Carménère and Malbec in equal measures. The finished wine is lovely and open with just a hint of spice from the Carménère. Ripe and round with plenty of fruit up front and in the middle, well poised with great weight before a long, balanced finish. Drinking now and into the next decade.
