Region:What a joy it was when we tasted this during a visit to see Louis and the team in the Loire Valley. A Sauvignon with an obvious open nose of gooseberries and zesty citrus fruit, that sets you up for the jolly palate perfectly. As you'd expect this is a white with excellent freshness and is the perfect match for seafood dishes of all kinds. If you are feeling a little adventurous though then why not try pairing with a prawn coconut curry? Works an absolute treat!
