Region:Burgundy is a complicated wine region. Thankfully our buyers enlisted the help of winemaker Christophe Rochet to make an exclusive Pinot Noir. Incorporating the best parcels from choice vineyards (one of which is from half a vineyard making just 10 barrels a vintage!) the blend was completed with a little old vine 1er Cru Gevery Chambertin from Domaine Heresztyn giving the wine depth, concentration and complexity. Heaps of black fruit, layered spice and the best match for roast chicken and turkey out there.
