Chablis is hailed as the source for the purest expression of Chardonnay. Located around the town sharing the name producing wines made exclusively from Chardonnay. Le Domaine d'Henri is a small family estate producing very fine Chablis. A super bright nose with plenty of mineral concentration. Some rich spiced fruit underneath. Zingy from the off, tight structure, but it does flesh out on the palate. The finish is excellent, superbly balanced. Partner with shellfish, grilled fish and charcuterie.
