Dada has a twist. We don't know how it got its name but it sports a cracking label, worthy of a little dinner party examination. This wine delicately combines the charms of cassis laden Cabernet Sauvignon and the red fruit spice of Syrah. There's a simple appeal to this wine as soon as it's poured showing liquorices, sweet oak notes and vibrant black fruit pastilles. The finish is long, with an excellent persistence.
