The good news is that this warm, rich and silky wine has loads of lovely, fleshy Merlot. It was 'designed' by winemaker Eduardo Casedemont to be as silky as possible and has a very strong mocha character. Is it possible to create that chocolaty character in a vegan wine? Yes, if you've enough skill and plenty of good high toast oak barrels. And Eduardo has! Trebles all round!
