Dada has a twist. We don't know how it got its name but it sports a cracking label, worthy of a little dinner party examination. And the wine inside is both excellent quality and slightly off the beaten track. It's made primarily from Malbec, so gives all the familiar Malbec characteristics, with a splash of Bonarda, an Italian variety, now very comfortable in Argentina. It has a lovely depth of flavour, soft and rich plum damson fruit makes it great with casseroles of every description.
