For years the Morini family harvested their grapes and sold them to the local 'cantina sociale' like so many growers did (and still do). But inspiration struck when the 7 Morinis tasted wine from neighbouring producer, Romano del Forno, and decided to turn the fruits of their labour into wine! This is deliciously modern Amarone, hand harvested and air dried for 100-120 days in traditional small baskets. Find fantastic fruitcake aromas, a rich, profound palate and superb, fleshy tannins and length.
