The Altair Winery sits amongst the vineyards in the Cachapoal Valley of Central Chile and is a French Chilean collaboration with a vision of making a truly world class wine that could rival the 'top growths' of Bordeaux. This vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (76%), Syrah (13%), Carmenere (7%) and Petit Verdot (4%) displaying a considerable complexity that will evolve over time.
