Sables & Galets Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio) has spicy overtones with rich and full fruit on the palate. Drier and less floral than Gewürztraminer but powerful with a long finish. The sandy soil structure in Herrenweg gives the wine power and finesse and a smoky character that works brilliantly with smoked fish or rich, white meat dishes.
