We commissioned this wine from our winemaking team in Oz to push the limit on the massively popular Albacore red and they have delivered in spades. This lavish creation has all the hallmarks of a top wine; beautifully textured, layered and lush fruit that fills the mouth, as well as a classic Aussie richness of fruit. It will also cellar well for at least a decade leaving you, at the end (should you make it), with a much more gastronomic and complex beast. Try it (at any time) with rare beef.

A very well-curated and complex blend that majors on the indigenous white grapes of Sicily - Grillo and Catarratto - where a proportion of the fruit is partially dried to give this authentic Sicilian white a deliciously moreish touch of richness. Three months on the lees before bottling add depth and body too, marrying seamlessly with abundant stone-fruit flavour. A superb match for all manner of pasta dishes.
