This wine is part of our Two Plus One series, wines that are created as much in the vineyard as they are in the winery. We carefully select parcels of grapes and, once vinified, take something already excellent and amplify it by adding one part of something truly exceptional. This release focuses on Viognier, using a small parcel of wine from the Narbonne area of the Languedoc for the base, which is vibrant and full of fresh apricot fruit, and adding a dash of an oaked parcel that adds weight, structure and richness.

The south-facing aspect ripens the grapes with ease but the altitude keeps freshness at the forefront of the wine. Pizo Garnacha Blanca has an elegant combination of citrus and white flower aromas with a subtle mineral background. On the palate it has characteristic herbal notes and sour pear. Do not hold back - this is a stunner.
