Our Anonymous Series, is a growing collection of spirts where we scour the globe for unique parcels of stock that were either destined for another customer or they just don't quite fit the expected flavour profile, making them available for purchase. This release is blended from a selection of barrels and delivers plenty of that traditional US sweet oaky signature. A high-end bourbon bottled exclusively for our customers. Hailing from one of the US's top distilleries, but their condition is that we can't say who!
The Story The Story
Bourbon is a rare commodity right now and getting hold of barrels is not as easy as it once was. It was this very situation that provided us with the inspiration to create a range of secret spirits - The Anonymous Series. We're thrilled with the first bottlings and as you might expect, they are produced in very small batches and are crafted with a lot of love and passion with our wonderful customers in mind.

Neat on the rocks is most certainly a great way to enjoy this classic US whiskey or, as an alternative, add a dash of soda, a few drops of bitters to a double measure and garnish with a twist of orange zest to create a crisp dry version of the classic old fashioned cocktail.
