After a slow and gentle maturation in first fill bourbon casks this exceptionally good Irish single malt is finished in Kelvin Cooperage virgin oak casks hand crafted in Glasgow, Scotland. The finished whiskey is non chill filtered and bottled at 43% without any altering of the natural colour. We absolutely love the rich toasty notes and the balancing sweet vanilla from the time in virgin casks.
